Tomtebogatan 38

At the top of picturesque Birkastan you will find a bright and spacious attic apartment on two levels, completely without any view. The open living room has generous ceiling height, double windows and a large, barbecue-friendly balcony with a view of the roof ridges and courtyards for miles. The kitchen in light tones is open to the living room and has fully equipped appliances, good work surfaces and plenty of storage. The upper level has a dreamy bedroom with exposed beams, skylights and rustic attic character, plus a private tiled bathroom. Both levels have bathrooms with underfloor heating, and the lower level also has a washing machine and dryer. In the middle of one of Stockholm's most pleasant neighborhoods, close to restaurants, cafes and shops.
