Rutger Fuchsgatan 4A

Rutger Fuchsgatan 4A is a bright and charming 35 sqm studio with a separate kitchen, located on the second floor of a quiet courtyard house on Södermalm. Here you live centrally but quietly, with a sheltered courtyard outside the windows. The room is bright and spacious, with wide plank wooden floors that give the apartment its warm and personal feel. There is plenty of space for both a sleeping area and a sitting area, and the open space makes the studio feel larger than its 35 sqm. High windows and large doors let in daylight from several directions. There is a west-facing balcony facing the courtyard that is accessed via French doors. The courtyard house is separated from street traffic, so it is quiet both day and evening. The kitchen is separate, which gives it a real home rather than a continuous studio. This makes it easy to cook without it being noticeable in the living room. The location is excellent, with Skanstull two minutes away on foot. Here you are close to cafes, restaurants, shops and walking paths, and you can easily get anywhere you want in the city. A charming home for those looking for a quiet and central location.
