Blåsippevägen 12

Welcome to Blåsippevägen 12, a bright and well-planned 29 sqm studio, located at the top of the house in a quiet and green location in Stocksund. The apartment is rented out unfurnished, so you can decorate it exactly as you like. The floor plan is open and cleverly utilized. The living room flows into the kitchen and accommodates a generous seating area, and there is plenty of space for a sleeping area in the same room. Large windows in two directions let in daylight, and since you live at the top, you look out over pines and deciduous trees instead of at neighbors. The oak parquet gives a warm and calm feeling throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fresh and functional, with white smooth doors, glass splashbacks, induction hob, oven, built-in microwave and stainless steel fridge/freezer. From the living room you reach the balcony, where you live with the forest as your neighbor, perfect for a cup of coffee in the sun or a moment of peace after work. There is plenty of storage. The apartment has built-in wardrobes from floor to ceiling in both the hall and the sleeping area, which keeps the space free and makes it easy to keep tidy. The bathroom is fresh and well-kept, with fully tiled walls, a glass shower enclosure with overhead shower and hand shower, heated towel rail and washbasin with base cabinet. The location is quiet and close to nature, with the forest right outside the door but still good opportunities to get into town. Available from November 1. Rent: SEK 13,000/month
